Red Cell Agglutination - 1.

Red cells may clump together forming large aggregates. Such a pattern may result from erythrocytes coated with antibody and can be seen in Waldenstrom's macroglobulinema, cold-agglutinin disease, or infection with Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
