Lymph node from a patient with a previous diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma is show. At low magnification, there is a monomorphic infiltrate of cells of intermediate size with pale appearing cytoplasm and slightly irregular nuclear borders. The chromatin is fine compared to the normal lymphocytes on the right of the image.
