A composite of the granule abnormality can be seen in this view. Neutrophils, bands and metamyelocytes have abnormal granules. Two cells illustrate the granule abnormality typical of eosinophils and eosinophilic precursors in this disorder. The myeloid precursor noted in the center of the image also has multiple large azurophilic granules in its cytoplasm.
