Collection of atypical lymphocytes with convoluted (ceribriform) nuclei in epidermis. Collections of 3 or more atypical lymphocytes in the epidermis are known as a Pautrier microabscess and are a diagnostic feature of mycosis fungoides and it's leukemic variant, the Sezary syndrome.
