Intermediate-power photomicrograph of bone marrow aspirate from a middle-aged woman with lifelong anemia, found to have congenital dyserythropoietic anemia (CDA) type II (also known as HEMPAS, or hereditary erythroblastic multinuclearity with positive acidified serum test).  Note the erythroid hyperplasia, and that many of the erythroid precursors are binucleate (Wright-Giemsa).
