High power highlights histiocytes distended by elongated eosinophilic crystalline structures with a very peripheral nucleus. Also, note scattered large polylobate large cell lymphoma cells in between these histiocytes.

On high power, these can be confused with rhabdoid skeletal muscle cells due to the pink striated structures.
