A needle core biopsy of a liver mass was conducted in a 63-year-old male. 

Immunohistochemistry results include: High Grade B cell lymphoma, NOS (CD20+, BCL6+, BCL2+, CD10-, CD3-, CD30-, Keratin AE1-3 -, CAM5.2-); KI67 >95% of cells. MUM1+. FISH results: T (14;18) IgH/BCL2 was detected. There was an absence of MYC and BCL2 rearrangements. H&E: poorly differentiated malignant neoplasm with somewhat dis-cohesive cells.
