Endobronchial ultrasound guided transbronchial needle aspiration(EBUS-TBNA) cytology smear from hilar lymph node showing clusters of atypical cells arranged in small clusters, at places follicular formations against hemorrhagic background. Individual cells show overlapping and occasional nuclear grooves.(Leishman Giemsa stain, 40X).
