Peripheral blood smear from a patient with Acute Megakaryoblast Leukemia shows megakayroblasts (arrows) with basophilic granular appearance, pseudopod (or pseudoblebs) formation and cytoplasmic projections resembling budding atypical platelets (May-Grünwald-Giemsa stain).
