Peripheral smear of 22 year female with anemia and indirect hyperbilirubinemia. The PS shows microcytic hypochromic rbcs with many sickle shaped cells, boat cells, target cells and increased polychromasia suggestive of sickle cell anemia. History of mother having sickle cell disease.
