A high-power photomicrograph of a brain tumor depicting a diffuse sheet of monomorphic cells. The cells are small, with eosinophilic cytoplasm, perinuclear Hoff bodies, and eccentrically placed nuclei. This is morphologically consistent with a plasma cell aggregate.

A CD138 immunohistochemical stain highlights the cells of interest (brown staining), confirming them to be plasma cells.
