The patient was diagnosed with Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm and underwent induction with HyperCVAD (Ia-IIa), and allogenic bone marrow transplant was performed afterwards. The skin lesions disappeared in the induction chemotherapy and have not reappeared since. He is currently in complete remission with 100% engraftment of the BMT.
