a 46 years old male begins with a historyof a  5 months  with  lumbar pain he goes to a Hospital 4 months after, a blood test, found to have hemoglobin of 11.3g/dL, platelets of 108thounsand/mm3,  leukocyte of 6,900thounsands/mm3, with 33% blast.

A Bone marrow aspirate is perform with these findings
