The patient is a 44 year female with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia where Chromosomal analysis revealed dic(7;12) along with t(9;22).

Total Blood Count:

1.       Haemoglobin: 6.7g/dL

2.       RBC: 2.69x 10e12/L

3.       WBC- 320x10e12/L (Basophils- 13.3x10e9/L; Lymphocytes-53.4x10e9/L)

Myeloperoxidase (MPO): Negative

Peripheral Blood Blast (%):  90% atypical blasts.

Flow Cytometry:

CD34-Moderate; CD45- Dim; CD10- Bright; CD19- Moderate; CD73- Variable; CD20- Partial; CD304-Dim to negative; CD117- Negative; HLDR- Moderate; CD15- Negative; CD56- Negative; CD38- Dim; CD7- Subset; CD33- Moderate; CD6- Negative; CD14- Negative; CD36- Negative; CD79a- Positive; CD29- Dim; cCD3- Negative
