Warthin-Finkeldey like cells are seen in reactive lymphoid proliferation, low grade B cell Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and lymphocyte rich classic hodgkin lymphoma. They are large polykaryocytes, with numerous nuclei distributed in clusters (so-called mulberry cells). Their histogenesis is unknown.
