This 59 year old is a case of Refractory Follicular Lymphoma, post Autologous bone marrow transplant six months back. He had COVID one month back and recovered.Now presented to us with fever and altered sensorium. Imaging revealed multiple brain and liver abscess proved as Nocardia on microscopy.
