A 80-year-old male presented with violaceous skin lesions over chest,arms and back. Peripheral smear showed 80% medium sized blasts with basophilic cytoplasm.Further work up with flow cytometry confirmed the diagnosis of Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm(BPDCN).
