History: Pt is a 2 year-old with left neck adenopathy and fevers.  Full scan shows diffuse LAD with multiple organ involvement.

The lymph node shows complete effacement with an admixture of histiocytes and medium sized atypical lymphocytes that have irregular nuclear folds, mature chromatin, and occasional nucleoli (A,B).  These cells are positive for CD3 (C), CD8 (D), granzyme B (E), and EBER-ISH positive (F).

The current WHO 2016 denotes these entities as lymphoma due to their aggressive biology.
