Immunohistochemistry studies showing the germinal center is mostly B-cells with few B-cells scattered in the paracortex areas as evident by CD20 (A). A subset of the T-cells are positive PD-1 (B). Majority of T-lymphocytes are positive for In-situ hybridization for Epstein-Barr encoded RNA (EBER) (C).
