Megakaryoblastic Blast Crisis in the setting of known Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia diagnosis with the bone marrow showing hypercellularity with increased CD34+ blasts (up to 8% of cellularity) and increased megakaryoblasts at least >5% with dim Factor VII and CD61 staining. The basophilic granular appearance with cytoplasmic pseudoblebs are characteristic of megakaryoblasts.
