Bone marrow aspirate from a patient with a diagnosis of chronic lymophcytic leukemia is shown. Multiple plasma cell with cytoplasmic globules (Mott cells, Grape cells) can be seen (arrows). The globules (Russell bodies)contain immunoglobulin.
