An image of the bone marrow biopsy in Hairy Cell Leukemia : the marrow appears to have a diffuse infiltrate of small lymphoid cells with abundant cytoplasm and ovoid/indented nuclei. The cells have spaces among them, giving them the classic “fried egg appearance”.
