Morphea- and sclerodermatous-like cGVHD. (A) Hidebound sclerosis with significant erythema and skin ulcerations. (B) Morphea that is categorized under moveable sclerosis by NIH or VSS 2, and the thickened skin is associated with overlying hypopigmentation and also adjacent hyperpigmentation.
