Axillary node biopsy in a 57 year old male. In this section there is a marked expansion of the subcapsular and parafollicular sinuses (arrows) due to an infiltrate of large pale-appearing cells. Although the normal nodal architecture appears intact, smaller areas of similar infiltrate appear within these areas also. (H&E stain 40X)
