A higher powered view of this infiltrate is shown. The cells are large with a high nuclear to cytopalsmic ratio, Most of the cells have a regular nuclear border and contain one or more prominent eosinophilic nucleoli, often centrally located. An anaplastic large cell is present (arrow) with lobulated nuclei containing multiple eosinophilic nucleoli. (H&E 200X)
