Patient is a 57 year old male with history of back pain. Bone marrow aspirate shows an increased number of plasma cells, some with atypical features. A large binucleated plasma cell is seen below center on the slide. In addition, a very large plasmablast lacking a hof but with a huge nucleolus is noted (arrow). (Wright-Giemsa 10x)
