Lymph node biopsy from a 16-year-old female who presented with large bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy. Primary and secondary lymph node follicles are scattered throughout the specimen. A pink-staining cellular infiltrate surrounding these follicles is a prominent feature. Dilated sinuses are readily identified in these areas.
