Intravascular lymphoma is a rare subtype of extranaodal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. As such, the neoplastic cells are confined to the vessel space, with occasional involvement, or "leakage," into organ parenchyma. Here, the large atypical lymphoid cells are present only within lymph node sinuses.
