An 85-year-old man with pancytopenia and severe Staphylococcus aureus urosepsis. Döhle bodies are blue or gray-blue inclusions of variable size and shape in the cytoplasm of neutrophils usually associated with toxic granulation and vacuolization. In this case, a hypogranulated neutrophil with a Döhle body is shown.
