Low-magnification view of lymph node in a patient with Castleman lymphadenopathy. Multiple lymphocyte depleted germinal centers of variable size are present. The mantle zone has the characteristic "onion skin" swirling pattern. Marked increase in interfollicular blood vessels is also seen.
