Triple hit diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

This case had a translocation of BCL2, BCL6, and MYC.

A, B. The biopsy shows a diffuse infiltrate of large atypical cells. C. These cells have vesicular to fine chromatin, scant cytoplasm, and occasional prominent nucleoli. The cells are positive for D. CD20, E. CD10, and show a high proliferation index (F).
