Bone marrow infiltration by follicular lymphoma.

Note the paratrabecular infiltration of the tumor cells.  The neoplastic cells in this case are small in size with irregular nuclear contours.  There usually is a fine reticulin fibrosis seen (with reticulin stain, not shown), which usually prevents these cells from being detected by flow cytometry or be seen on the aspirate smears.
