Hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma

The needle core of the liver shows an atypical infiltrate within the sinuses (A, B) that are composed of medium sized cells with irregular nuclear contours, moderate cytoplasm, coarse chromatin, and mostly negative for CD3 (C), positive for CD8 (D), and TCR gamma (E).
