Nodular clusters of PDCs of plasmacytoid dendritic cells High power shows the fine clumped chromatin and scattered apoptotic and pyknotic structures amidst the aggregates, a useful feature to distnguish these from reactive lymphoid aggregates which can also be seen in the marrow.
