Low-power photomicrograph (H&E) of staging bone marrow biopsy for Ewing sarcoma from a teenage boy.  Note the crushed cells at left, which are suspicious for metastatic Ewing sarcoma, as these cells with a high nuclear:cytoplasmic ratio are easily damaged.  CD99 immunostain confirmed involvement by Ewing sarcoma.
