The image shows numerous plasma cells with mild to moderate cytoplasm and eccentric nuclei having cartwheel like chromatin. Occasional binucleate forms are seen. The characteristic cytoplasmic hoff is seen in only in a small subset of plasma cells making their identification difficult on H&E stains.
