Acute Myeloid Leukemia with underlying t(8;21) presenting as a relapse in soft tissue. Pax5 (bottom panel) and CD19 were both positive in this case in addition to CD13, CD33, CD56 and CD117.

Expression of B-lineage antigens is fairly frequent in this AML and does not warrant designation as Mixed phenotype acute leukemia, B-/myeloid.
