80 years old male patient of CMML1 with increased ring sideroblasts showing monosomy 7 by Conventional karyotyping. The culture set up for CCA(Conventional Cytogenetic Analysis) is unstimulated bone marrow aspirate, culture time- 17 hours at 37 degree Centigrade temperature with 5% CO2.
