Here we present a case of 39 years old female patient with excess of NRBC in peripheral blood smear. White blood cell (WBC) count was corrected after rechecking smear to 13500/μl. Smear showed anisocytosis (2+), hypochromasia (2+) and target cells (3+). NRBC/100WBC ratio was 130 to 100. In this set of picture we have shown NRBCs with black arrows.
