The bone marrow core biopsy H&E section demonstrating clusters of blasts. Blasts exhibit folded nuclear contours with dispersed chromatin. Scattered megakaryocytes are also noted. Very few erythroid precursors are seen at the bottom of the field. Scattered megakaryocytes are also noted although significant dysplasia is not present.
