Megaloblastic anaemia and Megaloblastosis occur at a certain time with vitamin B12 deficiency in bone marrow but not in peripheral blood due to the administration of drugs containing multivitamins, eliminating the haematological form of megaloblastic anaemia. Drugs with poly-vitamins administered without proper investigation can erase the haematological form of megaloblastic anaemia.
