This is a 60-year-old male with a new leukemia.  The 4-panel image shown here depicts a case of precursor B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia positive for CRLF2 by flow cytometry in CD19 +/CD34 + blasts consistent with B-lymphoblasts supporting the diagnosis of BCR-ABL1-like B-ALL. The CRLF2 plot depicts the negative control (faint negative histogram) while the lymphoblasts are depicted to the right and is distinctly shifted to the right indicating positive expression of CRLF2.

The image on the bottom left depicts bone marrow biopsy in the same case with increased numbers of interstitial blastic cells while the image on the right side shows bone marrow aspirate smear with small to medium sized lymphoid blasts.

Typically, this leukemia occurs in younger patients between 20 and 30 years of age.
