Bone marrow smear in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia shows pleomorphic blasts cells and smear cells. Two of the blasts have a hand-mirror conformation (arrows). Flow cytometry shows 32% of blasts. They are CD34+CD7++CD33+CD38+. By intracellular staining, they are TdT+cCD3+.
