Peripheral blood film showed macro-ovalocytes and stomatocytes some of which had off center (Green arrow), transverse (Blue arrow) or less frequently, longitudinal (Black arrow) slits. Several red cells have more than one stoma. Y-shaped stoma (Red arrow).
