The blasts (red) exhibit abnormally bright CD34 and dim CD7. The population in purple corresponding to normal T-cells expressed CD7 without CD34. The cluster in brown corresponds to mature neutrophils and monocytes that express neither CD34 nor CD7, consistent with the expected phenotype.
