The image depicts a bone marrow biopsy in a patient with metastatic advanced prostate cancer.  This is an H&E stained section of the marrow biopsy that shows multiple scattered glandular structures with prominent nucleoli with surrounding normal multilineage hematopoiesis including neutrophils and erythroid precursors.

For prostate cancer, bone is the single most frequent site for metastasis and is involved in about 84% of metastasized patients, even more frequent than breast cancer (70%), followed by lung cancer (about 30-40%).
