42 year old female patient with early stage unfavourable Hodgkin Lymphoma presented with curvilinear parallel erythematous itchy plaques on the face , back , both arms and trunk post first cycle of  ABVD chemotherapy. CBC reveals an absolute eosinophil count of 850 cells/microlitre. Based on the haracteristic whip like arrangement, a diagnosis of Bleomycin associated Flagellate Dermatitis was made. Bleomycin was omitted in the second cycle and symptomatic treatment for itching in the ofrm of antihistamines and topical steroids was given , The itching subsided and the rash resolved leaving back some hyperpigmentation.
