Flow cytometry analysis revealed an atypical T-cell population showing expression of cytoplasmic CD3, CD7, CD13, CD33 (weak), CD10, CD56, and dim expression of CD5. Notably the neoplastic T-cells do not express surface CD3, CD4, CD8, CD1a, CD34, and CD117.
