The blood film of a patient presented with sepsis showing neutrophil light blue inclusions Döhle bodies. Döhle bodies are remnants of the rough endoplasmic reticulum. They are seen in infection, May-Hegglin anomaly, Chediak-Higashi’s syndrome, leukemoid reaction.
