Plasma cells typically have one nucleus, but in certain cases, some plasma cells can have two nuclei, referred to as binucleated plasma cells. The presence of binucleated plasma cells can be a morphological variation that suggests the possibility of specific underlying conditions or diseases, including Reactive Processes, Plasma Cell Dyscrasias, and Other Hematologic Malignancies like lymphomas or leukemias.
